Manage all electronic access points on your wards, using our access control management software. Staff are able to monitor and instantly adjust access permissions, creating a safe and secure environment.
The system integrates seamlessly with our Electronic 5-way staff override SOS lockset and can control compatible third-party electronic locks via our vandal resistant wall readers.
Our cloud-based system allows access permissions to be programmed remotely and applied in real-time. The wireless system doesn't interfere with any existing technology.
Updates to user or group permissions, locks, and credentials are applied in real-time, providing superior security and allowing staff to respond to changing service user permissions.
Installed indoors or outdoors, our anti-ligature wall readers connect the following third-party electronic locks to our access control system:
So, if you have existing electronic locks in place, our wall readers allow you to integrate them and manage all electronic locking in a central system.
A handheld programmer allows changes to be applied when the wireless network is unavailable, so staff can control access permissions even in the most extreme circumstances.
Our Access Control System records both patient and staff movement, capturing all access events for any number of cards. Instant updates make it simpler to manage access and improve security on a large ward or across multiple sites.
Operated via a wireless network, our cloud-enabled system provides secure management of all electronic points of access on your wards. A dedicated PC situated either on your ward or at head office allows remote programming of access permissions with real-time updates applied to any number of locks and credentials.
Each lock is an update point, controlling live access permissions and communicating with the system via wireless access points. A lockplan held on each credential is updated instantly at any lock, meaning there's no additional admin time spent guiding users through lengthy update procedures. The card encoder is used to write new credentials with updates then applied through the system.
Different permissions can be set for users of the software. For example, receptionists may only be able to create temporary visitor cards, while estates teams might have full system access.
To give you a deeper understanding of our complete Electronic Access Control (EAC) system, we'd be delighted to welcome you to one of our Innovation Studios near Preston or Gatwick.
Alternatively, one of our EAC specialists can bring a portable demo kit to you.
