Safehinge Primera Limited (“Safehinge Primera”) are data controllers and collect and process personal data relating their clients, contractors and their staff in order to supply doorsets and door components. Safehinge Primera is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses that data and to meeting its data protection obligations. Safehinge Primera Limited (“Safehinge Primera”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a data controller for the personal data described in this notice. 

We collect and process personal data relating to customers, prospective customers, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other individuals with whom we interact in connection with the supply of our products and services. 

We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently and to meeting our obligations under applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Depending on your relationship with Safehinge Primera, we may collect and process: 

  • your name, job title, employer and business contact details, including business address, email address and telephone number; 
  • financial and transactional information where you purchase goods or services from us; 
  • information relating to enquiries, quotations, orders, projects, contracts and our ongoing business relationship with you;

  • telephone call recordings where calls are recorded for legitimate business purposes, such as staff training and quality assurance.
