RETURNS POLICY

Return of Goods to Safehinge Ltd (“the Company”) is strictly permitted for up to 45 days from the date of dispatch, after which point the Company is under no obligation to offer any refund. 

To arrange a return, please follow the guidance below:

  • Download the Returns Policy and complete the Stock Returns Form on page 2
  • Send this form to info@safehingeprimera.com to request an RMA reference number
  • Clearly mark the RMA reference number on the goods being returned
  • Enclose a copy of the completed Stock Returns Form so the company can identify the goods.

In the event of a refund being issued, the Company will reimburse the Customer for the resalable value of goods with the following charges deducted (where applicable): 

  1. Inspection and restocking fees are equal to 25% of the original value of the goods.
  2. Any outgoing/return carriage charges incurred by the Company.
  3. Any additional re-kitting costs if kits have been unpacked by the Customer.
  4. Charge for any lost, damaged or missing components or packaging.
