With our Aftercare offering, you can choose from three cover levels bronze, silver, and gold. Each designed to suit the specific needs of your organisation and ensuring excellent value for money. Plans include a wide range of support options like training, live software monitoring,  technical support, and lots more.

Currently, Aftercare plan is available for Full-door Ligature Alarm & Electronic Access Control products only. However, most of the support included on this page is available for all of our products - even the ones not covered by the plan (extra charges may apply).

BRONZE PLAN

 

Our default and the completely free-of-charge plan is perfect for small to medium organisations where the number of doors and door traffic is relatively low, therefore requiring less frequent technical support as well as organisations that can designate an in-house maintenance team that will cooperate with our technical experts.

When support is needed our remote team of Technical Experts will be available to assist your in-house maintenance team with most issues. This way of support has an 80% resolution success rate and provides excellent value.  

The plan also includes other perks like free product training videos for your staff and access to live-monitoring door systems.

SILVER PLAN

 

A cost-effective solution that offers an amazing 95% resolution success rate will be a perfect fit for any organisation that has limited in-house maintenance resources and may require physical support as well as remote assistance.

Our Remote Technical experts will still offer their support, however with this plan appointed local technicians approved by us can be available for you on-site if required.

GOLD PLAN

 

The most comprehensive plan is ideal for organisations that are looking for that extra peace of mind - We recommend this plan to all medium and large organisations with 20 or more doors. Everything is included! This plan offers a 100% resolution success rate.

All perks from bronze and silver plans are included which means that for any technical support needs we will first try to assist you remotely. However, if required we will send our Technical Expert to assist you on-site to ensure any issues you may have are resolved promptly and to the highest standard. 

This plan also includes an amazing range of extra perks like free annual health checks, annual staff training, battery replacements, extended warranty, and more!
