Positivity & Wellbeing

There’s no definitive route to navigating our way through this state of flux. But one thing is for certain - there is positivity to be found in amongst the adversity.  From personal coping methods to the heroic efforts of our frontline workers, we all have stories to share; so we’ve created a space to do just that.

If you have a story that you'd like to share, or you're simply looking for a listening ear, we'd love to hear from you.  Or if you feel like you could benefit from talking to a professional, there are a number of helplines and support groups that you can find the details for here.

Confidential support for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair is available by calling Samaritans on 116 123 (free 24-hour helpline), or visit www.samaritans.org.uk

We're in this together.
