At Safehinge Primera, our relationship with architectural ironmongers and door manufacturing partners is vital to our success and represents a major part of what we do. That’s why we’ve created the new role of Partner Sales Support – which I’m delighted to take on.
I now work with our door and ironmongery partners, providing specification and sales support for our component sales – including finger guards, anti-ligature locksets and door components for Mental Health.
How I can help
My role is completely focused on our sales partners and working with local authorities to support specification of finger guards. And I also work closely with our partners on Mental Health projects – such as attending joint meetings, providing in-depth product knowledge about our range of anti-ligature locksets and handles, and door components designed especially for challenging Mental Health environments.
Updated brochures and marketing support
We recently launched new brochures which split out Symphony doorsets from our locksets and our door components for Mental Health. And we’ve invested considerably in lifting out our superior product advantages to help our partners communicate the product benefits compared to competing lockset and doorset offers.
