Who is Lloyd Worrall?

Lloyd Worrall has been trading since 1946 and is one of the largest architectural ironmongers in the UK. Their experts create specifications and support their customers from the beginning to the end of their project across various industries, including education and mental health. 

We caught up with Stuart Griffiths, Solutions Manager at Lloyd Worrall, to ask him a few questions and find out what the organisation really think of us.

What challenges were you trying to overcome?

We were looking for a complete offering of mental health products. Other companies did also provide this on the market. However, nothing compares to the quality and, more importantly, the certification Safehinge Primera have to evidence that their products are fit for purpose.

 

Why did you choose to use our product over other options?

As we said before, what sold it for us was Safehinge Primera’s product certifications. For instance, we needed to have doorsets that are fully fire tested to ensure we are doing everything we can to protect the safety of patients and staff, which you offer. Secondly, the collaboration fitted perfectly with our door offering.

 

How did Safehinge Primera work with you on developing a project?

Brian Trueman, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Guy, National Sales Manager, arranged an initial meeting with our team to understand our pain points and what we wanted to achieve within our individual projects. 

Guy then delivered in-person product training, and in a very short period, we found the team to have built a solid and trusted relationship with them.
