Safehinge PRIMERA PROJECT REGISTRATION SCHEME
The Safehinge Primera Project registration scheme is designed to encourage the promotion and specification of Safehinge Primera Products. Evidence of the promotion and specification of Safehinge Primera products will result in direct project registration discount being awarded to qualified opportunities.
A project registration discount is intended to recognise the commitment to the Safehinge Primera brand and products made by the originating architectural ironmonger or door manufacturer when specifying and scheduling Safehinge Primera products.
This means that if a partner champions Safehinge Primera products at an early stage of a project to produce a specification, includes Safehinge Primera products in a tender package or can evidence defending a specification which includes our products so that they are not removed, that partner will receive the registration discount.
Any project registration application will need to be supported with evidence showing that our products are being promoted by the partner seeking the registration discount. Evidence should be supplied with any application to products@safehingeprimera.com.
Registration discount for Safehinge Primera products is an additional 20% discount on top of any prior discount (e.g. 12% standard discount plus 20% registration discount leads to a total of 32% discount).
To ensure the success of any application to the registration scheme, the applicant must demonstrate that the demand for Safehinge Primera products is entirely and exclusively due to their own efforts. Merely citing connections to a previous project with the same client, contractor, or site will be insufficient.
Maintaining the integrity and authenticity of applications is paramount. We recognise and reward genuine efforts that drive demand for our products, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy environment. Our aim is to work together to create safer, more effective spaces through for all customers and end users.
To ensure your interests are best protected we strongly advise notification to Safehinge Primera of any project you become involved with as early in the process as possible.
Your interest will then be recorded and we will aim to confirm in writing acceptance to the scheme within 7 days of receipt. You will be issued with a unique project registration number which must be included with all orders and correspondence.
The Safehinge Primera project registration scheme will be subject to a strict code of practice and will be bound by the terms and conditions detailed herein. Additionally, other than projects already accepted in writing, Safehinge Primera Ltd, reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this scheme at any time or withdraw it without prior notice.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
While all cases will be assessed on individual merit, Safehinge Primera reserves the right to refuse applications for registration in cases where Safehinge Primera products have become established as a standard and where we would consider this to be largely attributable to our own efforts.
Registration discounts are subject to invoice payments being made strictly in accordance with Safehinge Primera payment terms. Registration discounts will not be allowed against overdue invoices. Where invoices become overdue, the project registration discount will be removed and the full amount will then become payable.
All registration applications must be completed in full using our online form at www.safehingeprimera.com/get-touch/project-registration. Acceptance of a claim for registration will be confirmed by Safehinge in writing within 7 days of receipt of your application.
Evidence supporting any registration application is needed on every registration application and should be submitted to products@safehingeprimera.com with sufficient information to link it to any application.
Safehinge Primera reserves the right to refuse project registration discount in the event that it should incur any unforeseen costs brought about as a result of underperformance by the architectural ironmongery or door manufacturer supplier leading to damage of the Safehinge brand.
Applicants (individual or company) found abusing the project registration scheme or submitting falsified applications will be disqualified from it thereafter.
The scheme includes items manufactured by Safehinge Primera only all products covered in the scheme are detailed on the Safehinge Primera Price List. Price list is available upon request.
All registered projects are valid for a maximum period of 12 months, after which the registration will automatically expire.
There will be a minimum order value of £5000 after any discount has been applied to qualify for the registration discount.
Any previous pricing framework is not able to be applied alongside the registration scheme.
